Fits like hybrid shorts should. Just above the knee and slightly loose but not baggy. I'm an athletic build 6'1" 180lb guy and these fit well on my thighs with great stretch. Bought a M. Will continue buying. Not the thinnest in the world like billabong crossovers, but do not look sloppy like those. Super comfortable, the stretch makes them easy to move in, you can swim in them, lounge in them. I live in these shorts. I wear a 34 and sized up to XL so they’d be a little roomier and they fit great.This is my 3rd pair of Volcom shorts. I had to check that they sent the right size. They did. They are too small anyway.These shorts fit great. Above the knee but not to much and they're pretty dang comfortable. I just wish they had 2 back pockets.
