Tried rinsing them with clean water after every use and storing them inside, made no difference. Buy one size bigger. I wear 36 to 37 inch pants and bought 2x and they fit good. XL will fit but is a little tight in the butt. Fit is about 8" above the knee and the side split is 3/4 the way up. Nice and light no binding .The yellow or lightest color will be a little see through when wet after they fade a little bit so take that into consideration when selecting color. Only wish they lasted longerLight weight, quick drying, holds everything in place!As a general light workout short, it performed well running, swimming and riding.
