Shirt arrived a day or so early, which was a nice surprise. There are lots of cute graphic t-shirts available, but many of them are normal non-maternity shirts. Even though this one isn't strictly constructed for maternity, it is wonderfully loose in the stomach and hips, just like it looks in the photo. It is important to note that it does shrink a little after the first wash. Normally I purchase shirts size S/M and maternity size S, but based off of the measurement I went with a Large, which was the right move. It does mean that the fit is a little awkward around the armpits (slightly trucker-ish) but I usually wear it with a cardigan so it doesn't matter. Been wearing it through the beginning of my third trimester and it still fits in all the important ways, even as I've kept growing. The material quite comfortable and I've gotten a LOT of mileage and laughs out of it.People are generally nice to pregnant woman anyways, but when I wear this out, just about everyone I encounter tells me how much they love it. -Even teenage boys who wouldn't normally care about babies or know what specifically to say to a pregnant woman crack up at this and say that it's awesome. Best $18 investment I've made in maternity shirts and worth all the laughs!
